Invisalign Is the Industry Leader for Clear Aligner Treatment

In the golden age of clear aligner treatment, patients have a variety of options to choose from, but not every aligner brand is worth the money. Invisalign has paved the way for clear aligners by perfecting the treatment process. Align created their own patented material for the aligners that is specially designed for better comfort, security, and efficiency. Over the years, they’ve updated their treatment regimen to include features like buttons for more severe orthodontic concerns.

With over 15 million success stories, Invisalign is a smart choice for invisible aligners. Plus, using our iTero intraoral scanner, we can show you what your new smile will look like before you even start your treatment. That’s the kind of collaborative dental care we strive to provide at BYND.

How Does Invisalign Work?

The Invisalign system uses customized, removable aligners, which are used to gradually adjust the way the teeth meet when the jaws close together. Dental impressions and teeth images are taken during the initial consultation. Then, a three-dimensional computer model of how the teeth will be incrementally shifted is designed. This method allows for the production of precise and personalized aligners.

Align Technology, the makers of Invisalign, have a laboratory where all Invisalign aligners are made with computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology.

In most cases, an aligner is needed for each upper and lower tooth. It takes around two weeks when they are worn according to instructions for the aligners to move the teeth by the desired amount. Even though you can take them off to eat, brush, drink, or floss, you must wear them for at least 20 hours a day. Once the aligner has satisfied its individual requirements, we move you on to the next aligner.

How Much Does Invisalign Cost?

The cost of Invisalign can vary depending on the complexity of your specific case, but generally, it is more expensive than traditional metal braces and costs between $3,500 and $8,000.

Orthodontic benefits may be available to you if you have dental insurance. Some dental insurance plans may cover Invisalign without distinction from how they cover traditional orthodontic treatments. Still, irrespective of insurance, you can take advantage of our in-house membership plan.
