Plans & Financing

PREMIER dental care at an affordable price.

Our payment options are designed to make your visit with us convenient and affordable. Our team is here to ensure that you fully understand all of the available financial options. We are an in-network provider for all major insurance plans, including local union plans; and for those without insurance, we offer a dental savings membership plan. Our membership plan provides members discounted fees for all of our care – including all specialty services.

Accepted Insurances

We accept all PPO dental plans. If you’re a member of a PPO, you’ll likely be required to meet a deductible. Most PPO dental plans have an annual cap on the amount of coverage they provide.

We also accept several DHMO dental plans. When enrolling in a DHMO plan, the policy holder must select a primary dental facility to manage and coordinate their oral health needs. A DHMO plan usually covers dental services at a low cost with no or minimal copayments.

Our practice is also part of the Culinary Network. The Culinary Health Fund provides healthcare benefits to culinary workers in Las Vegas. Members have access to dental insurance provided by Nevada Dental Benefits (NDB). It is our pleasure to work with NDB so we can provide quality dental care to union members.

To determine the extent of your coverage, we will contact your provider to obtain information regarding the out-of-pocket costs associated with your insurance policy. If you would like to learn more about the insurance policies we accept, we encourage you to call us at (702) 362 – 9353.

We've got a membership plan you'll love.

By joining our dental membership plan, uninsured patients can receive comprehensive, affordable oral healthcare coverage. Standard preventive care is covered, and discounts on other treatments are obtained, with a monthly or yearly membership fee paid by members directly to our dental practice. Through membership plans, we are able to connect directly with our patients and eliminate third-party representation.

Understanding your Options

What is Fee-for-Service?

With this option, service charges are billed to you directly. The full cost of your dental procedure or the portion not covered by your dental insurance (out-of-pocket expenses) may be paid upfront. Financing is also available to help you manage your out-of-pocket expenses.
Our staff will work with you to find a plan that suits your needs. If you are without insurance, several options are available, such as our membership, financing and payment plans.

Payment Plans

We provide affordable financing and payment plans by spreading out the cost over time. With this option, the patient makes monthly payments until the balance has been paid in full.
